Choosing the right contractor to proceed with your project is a very important and difficult decision and one that we are sure you want to make correctly the first time. We have all heard the horror stories about contractors who have cost homeowners countless hours of aggravation and sleep. We at Orange County Patio Company are hoping this simple questionnaire will help in making your decision as easy as possible, because spending your hard earned money is supposed to be fun, is it not?

Here are a few questions you might like to ask your potential contractor.

1. How long have you been in business?	30 Years - Same Phone Number, Same Location
2. Do you work out of your house or do you have an office and shop?	Office, Shops and Showroom
3. Are you a licensed contractor?	Yes - # 507046 CSLB
4. Are you fully insured and bonded?	Yes
5. Do you have employees or do you use sub-contractors?	Employees
6. What grade of materials do you use, and who picks my materials out? (Lumber yard or you)	We Pick All #1 Rough or Smooth Sawn D.F.
7. Are my materials pre-painted?	Primed and Pre-painted
8. If my material is pre-painted, do you completely repaint my patio cover after installation or do you do a touch up type paint job?	Caulk and Total Repaint
9. Completion dates on my project?	Always
